result in illness or death.
. Do not touch hot exhaust pipes
with bare hands. Severe burns
will result.
NOTE
If exhaust pipes, muffler, or mani-
fold leak or are rusted through,
report condition to organizational
maintenance.
Start l ngine, l nd after system has warmed up,
visually check exhaust manifold (2), muffler (3), and
exhaust pipe (1) for leaks, loose clamps, and blown
gaskets.
EQUIPMENT IS

AVAILABLE IF:
Any components are
cracked, broken, or
missing, and obvious
exhaust leaks are evident.
