WRECKER CRANE
l Before opening reservoir, make sure area
around reservior cap is clean. Do not allow
dirt, dust, or water to enter reservoir.
. Do not proceed with crane operation if oil
level is less than halfway from end of dipstick
to full mark. Fill as needed.
a. Before using crane, remove reservoir cap and
lipstick (10) and measure reservoir oil level. Add oil
as required.
EQUIPMENT IS

Any controls are
inoperative,
Class III leak is evident.
b. While operating crane, check filter indicator (9 I
m front of crane oil reservoir. Filter should point to
clean. If not, notify your supervisor.
c. Check brake lock switch (13), floodlights and
switch (12), amber warning light on left front fender,
and signal light switch (11) for proper operation.
d. Inspect all hydraulic lines, hoses, and fittings
or leaks, abrasions and damaged fittings.
Class III leak is evident.
